• Rachelle Rose Scribner, 39, 300 block of Fletcher Street, Port Charlotte. Charges: resisting officer with officer and violation of domestic violence injunction. Bond: $10,000.
• Jose Manuel Miranda Vera, 31, 1500 block of Schenley Street, Port Charlotte. Charge: misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: $3,000.
• Beatrice Bridgett Delisio, 21, 20000 block of Chalkeaf Road, Port Charlotte. Charge: battery. Bond: $500.
• Joshua Demaio Miller, 28, of Lehigh Acres. Charge: out-of-county warrant. Bond: none.
• Dustin Michael Taylor, 27, of Fort Myers. Charges: two counts of misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond: released on own recognizance.
• John Bowman Chisolm IV, 29, 10100 block of Tramore Avenue, Englewood. Charges: out-of-county warrant, battery, and violation of probation or community control. Bond: none.
• Brian Keith Fining, 52, 200 block of Corumba Street, Punta Gorda. Charges: trespassing by failure to leave and disorderly conduct. Bond: $1,500.
• Harry Louis Beatty, 60, 800 block of Cordele Avenue NW, Port Charlotte. Charges: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and battery. Bond: $7,500.
• Kenneth Ryan Manaugh, 32, 33800 block of Olean Boulevard, Port Charlotte. Charges: trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond: none.
• Andy Francis Fry, 23, 20100 block of Melos Court, Port Charlotte. Charges: failure to register motor vehicle and knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked. Bond: $1,000.
• Brayner Josue Vasquez Tome, 28, of Miami. Charges: possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating motor vehicle without valid license. Bond: $1,150.
• Mario Marcos Lux Joj, 19, 21200 block of Coulton Avenue, Port Charlotte. Charges: DUI with damage to property and person of another, leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury, misdemeanor failure to appear, and operating motor vehicle without valid license. Bond: none.
• Timothy Dallas Williams, 33, 1300 block of Eagles Flightway, North Port. Charges: grand theft and two counts of each of armed burglary, petit theft, and presenting false ID to law enforcement. Bond: none.
